GDPR-compliant with a signed DPA covering all storage and processing. We store only order metadata + ad spend — never customer names, emails, or payment details. On uninstall + 48h grace, every trace of your shop is permanently deleted via Shopify's mandatory redact webhooks.

Yes, from the Subscription page inside the app. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher tier features until then. No plan change fees.
Yes. Your COGS, connected ad accounts, historical orders, custom expenses — everything imported or configured during trial is preserved when you subscribe. If you cancel and reinstall later, we retain everything for 48h then permanently delete.
